Empowerment? What does that mean? - I hear you ask. My general line of thinking is that designing web pages is similar to writing Microsoft Word documents.
You don't normally outsource your typing to an expensive graphic design typist so why ask someone else to re-arrange your text and then pay them more every time you want to add or change something. Therefore, I would like to empower you to write your own web-pages.

But I want my website up this week and I don't know how to write web-pages..... No problem. Generally, I suggest that you tell me roughly what you would like your site to look like and send me the text you want on the pages. Then let me spend a few hours getting a basic website up for you. You can then make a list of the things you would like to add or change and I'll come to your office and show you how to make the changes. After I've gone, you can have a go at making more changes so you'll have more questions, so I come back a few days or a week later and we go through those.
