Christmas Bike Trip 2006

It's supposed to be hot in Australia's mid-summer. Everyone told me 'Don't forget your sunscreen', 'Watch out for the bushfires'... but this turned out to be the coldest Christmas in Victoria for 50 years... But it is easier cycling in the cooler weather and Christmas around a logfire is how it always is in the movies....

The trip went from Violet Town to Euroa, Molesworth, Marysville (for Christmas), Warburton, Noojee to Moe. Around 300km in 6 days of riding with (at various times) Kerry, John Harland, Audrey, Stan, Jon Miller, Jane, Suzanne, Ruth, Ian & Janice
