Thailand August 2002 - Spa Samui

What came out of the colemas?....Well everybody keeps asking..... I know it looks like shit - but it really wasn't (well not all of it anyway). Unlike normal shit, it was not water soluble, but appeared to be more like a thick mucous. It was, in theory, colonic plaque which is built up on the walls of your intestines when you eat the wrong kinds of foods and when removed makes you healthier and better able to digest your food to say nothing of thinner!

Although I was eating nothing in the way of solids - I had about the same amount of output from every colema and it all looked very similar - apart from day 5 when it was a little orange (but this could have been from the carrot juice and liver flush drinks).

I was lucky - other people who were there talked about getting everything from live worms to marbles in their baskets - I was always very relieved each time to see that nothing was alive in my basket!
