Thailand August 2002 - Spa Samui

The photos you've all been waiting for...I attended a 7-day fast at Spa Samui on Koh Samui in Thailand at the end of August. Although it was a fast, we were actually quite busy from 7am in the morning digesting detox drinks (a mixture of psyllium husk and bentonite clay with friuit juice) every 3 hours and one and half hours later taking herbs. We were also allowed to drink vegetable broth, carrot juice and liver detox drink (a combination of orange juice, lemon juice, garlic and ginger) so I really didn't feel hungry. Then there was meditation, yoga and chi gong or just sitting by the swimming pool. But the really fun part (?!) was doing twice daily colemas.... to really remove those toxins out of your system. But I did feel great at the end of it.

Detox Drink every 3 hours
Vegetable broth and carrot juice
liver detox drink (a combination of orange juice, lemon juice, garlic and ginger)
Herbs (every 3 hours)
Coffee Colema (twice per day) - 18.5 litres of warm diluted coffee...
