I would recommend doing this backwards for a nice gentle stroll downhill

Start: Take an MTR to Choi Hung and taxi to Sha Tin Pass

End: Ends on Clearwater Bay Road where you can catch a bus to Lam Tin MTR or Choi Hung MTR

Time: 3 hours
