Start:  Take MTR to Choi Hung. Take exit B and take a minibus to Sai Kung.  Get off at the last stop (the bus station). Then taxi to start of walk at Pak Tam Au. (From Admiralty MTR, expect 1 hr 20 minutes travel time)

End: You can catch a bus or taxi to Sai Kung bus station and then minibus to Choi Hung MTR.

Time: 4 hours

Difficulty: Difficult but beautiful.  Starts with a big hill up and finishes with a long downhill.
