Start: This is a long but flat walk (apart from one hill near the end).  Take KCR to Tai Po Market and then taxi to Wu Kau Tang and follow the signs to Sam A Chung and Lai Chi Wo - which is a very interesting recently abandoned village of about 150 deserted houses.

End: At Luk Keng you can get a meal and a bus back to Fanling KCR
